Yiu-Wai Chu, Pricechu is a Hong Kong artist, maker and designer based in Sheffield, UK. Chu graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University SPEED in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Apply and Media Art. He was a part-time lecturer in HK Design Institute and HKU School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE). He has participated in numerous art exhibitions and held workshops in Hong Kong, the UK and overseas. By exploring the relationship between mammonist and the aesthetics of machinery, his artwork is mainly in a form of new media art, printmaking and woodworking in response to social and cultural issues. His works have been collected by private collectors, shopping centres and the Hong Kong Art Centre.
